Service Description

Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures, producing an internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light, strong body, and a calm mind. This class will focus on the Half Primary Series and will offer posture modifications for beginners.
