Trina Johnson

Trina is a local business owner, mom and wife who found joy in exercising with POUND™ fitness and Kettlebell AMPD™ formats after battling breast cancer in 2020. It quickly changed from a hobby to business and she was certified to instruct POUND in July of 2021 and recently became certified to teach AMPD. 

POUND is an explosive, high energy drumming workout using Ripstix Ⓡ choreographed to music! Squats, lunges and core work will have you sweating during this workout! 

Kettlebell AMPD is a music-based choreographed, strength workout using a kettlebell. Trust me when I say you have never used a kettle bell like this before!

Both of these workout formats are made for every fitness level.
