Kimberly Sapp
Kimberly moved to the midcoast in 2022 with the goal of learning to care for her body in a deliberate and joyful way. She has worked in hospitality since college, and loves the connection that she gets to make on a daily basis. In order to begin achieving more balance in her life, she started attending classes at Midcoast Strong, working with a personal trainer for strength training, taking local yoga classes, and focusing on enjoying a balanced diet. These changes have made a dramatic impact on her physical and mental well-being, and she realized that she wants to help others begin on their own fitness journeys. She has completed the NASM personal training certification, loves to travel and attended a week-long wellness retreat in the Azores, and is currently working on a 200 hour yoga teacher training to be completed in May 2025. She believes in balance, acceptance, and inclusion and is most interested in coaching those who are beginning their fitness journey in a judgement-free, joyful environment where we focus on movement in a healthful way.
