Hanna DeHoff grew up in Camden, Maine and graduated High School from the North Carolina School of the Arts. She holds a BA from the University of Maine in Orono and an AS from The Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City. She received her 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Krishna Peter Perry and Aiyana Athenian of ShivaShakti School of Yoga. Hanna continues her Yoga studies, most recently Yin Yoga with Sylvia Stuck in 2022. She is a member of Yoga Alliance since 2016.

 

Hanna first found Yoga in 1994 when living in New York City as she pursued a career in Modern Dance. As a result of that frantic pace and stressful lifestyle, Yoga became a solace for her. She pursued many styles but was first drawn to traditional Hatha at the Integral Yoga Studio and then Ashtanga with various teachers. She loves all styles of Yoga and continues to be inspired by other teachers, other methods, as well as her students who are the true teachers.
